Cute! I like this character for some reason. Probably has to do with the fact that her whole identity is being a freediver.

Free Divers should always carry emergency oxygen.
But, then they wouldn't be Free Divers.

I wouldn't say it like that.Β That's wayΒ too harsh.
Many people were free divers long before adequate air supplies were even concieved.Β People who dived for pearls could make an excellent living due to how regal they were and what you could get for them.Β And the majority of them were women.
However, in the case of Hoenn, and considering how these divers just hang around all the time in the undersea routes, either they have hidden gills... or a hidden air supply.

I see you didn't saw the *irony* between my words, oh well...
Anyways, I could add to your interesting data the fact that actually Leonardo Da Vinci already created a complete and working (for not so depth waters ofc) diving suit with a full leather bodysuit and air valves in the XV century, which leaded latter to the recreation and improvement of his plans just a couple of centuries latter for using them as "human underwater bombers devices" to sink enemy warships from above their hulls...which after leaded to the actual diving suits we have this days for recreation (and *bodies searching*) n.n

Well, I'm slow-witted and often miss the point.Β You gotta realize that, so if I say something that missed the point, just bear with me.
Da Vinci was an innovator in formulating ideas and concepts that, eventually, proved to be feasible (although not exactly in the way da Vinci had designed).Β However, I am gonna look up these schematics that he drew.
Oh, I see that now.Β Yeah, all that resulted in the recreational stuff and exploration for things left behind or lost, which was a boon for us all.

No problem, unless you already know me from other posts in the DA brony fandom, it's something difficult to get the idea I'm joking a lot about MLP and random stuff around it :3
Da Vinci was a damn genius with a tragic life, he got the ability of seeing things moving with the naked eye and capture an exact image frozen in his mind. You can see lots of really impressive artwork in his books about the nature and stuff like that which can only be captured today thanks to advanced cameras, proving he was extremely talented in that sense. He also created the first working "robot" of the world (actually it was more an "automatron") Actually many of his ideas worked the way he wanted, perhaps someones like the helicopter was indeed just "conceptual" for that time but they also gave lots of ideas to future inventors. He was also smart enough to create the first "tank" with the gears inverted in his designs so it wouldn't work if anyone stolen his prints and tried to replicate it. The sad part of all is that all he wanted was just to create art and learn everything possible about the world around us and write about it, but for getting financing, he had to got his hands dirty into the war inventions (like the diving suit, it was originally an idea for building bridges an advancing fast on the battlefield) And his legacy also left with the time more of his creations shifted into more war machines....really sad, the only "discussed" but accepted by many instance where Da Vinci created a weapon intentionally by his own was the first modern (for that century) handgun, since he thought every person was needing one of those for defending against the Catholic Church (LOL) which he personally hated for most part of his life

I love how she is starting to get the art love she deserves, albeit in commission form. Good job!
