Nice really nice.
I would surggest two things
1)bring the right arm down to his sholder level it looks like his arm is growing out of his neck
2) the arm is a little to wide make it thiner, alsp not all of an arm is round there are some places that are flat e.g. the back of your forarm

I was trying for a running perspective, if that makes any sense. I also appreciate the feedback, as Barry Allen is more lean than stocky, but I kinda like it the way it is. Maybe a different perspective (puns?) is needed.
