i actually didnt use a script, i never do.
its just a tweak of this tutorial [link]

This is truly stunning. I was thinking while looking at it that it almost seems like some sort of intense magnification of a flower in pollination season with the little white lights. The blur really helps to accentuate the tiny details on the bottom and your use of colors really balances out the entire composition. Great job and I definitely look forward to seeing what else you come up with.
