If I ever commission you and you see that I've thrown this reference at you, I apologise in advance.Anyways! This is Vlad! The leader of the Dark Siders and self proclaimed evil genius. I kinda just silhouetted his mechs for now since they're super time consuming to draw, but later on I might make a proper ref for them |D
For those of you who arent familiar, Vlad controls a group of 6 other villains (or at least tries to control them) and together they cause havoc everywhere. 8D

Surely that’s a trick question and Vlad is actually Dexter grown up (well aged up to sixteen, but you know what I mean); presumably he’s had to go into witness relocation or something hence the name change.

I almost want to know why he doesn't like Sky, but I think the bigger question is why does he even tolerate Sky?

A few reasons actually!
1. Vlad's main goal is to create an army of minions that'll pretty much do anything he says. He's only got 6 people so far, so he doesnt wanna risk losing a member. Not to mention its super hard to convince anyone to join his team, seeing how unreasonable he is xD So he takes what he can get.
2. Sky's the most powerful person on the team and before he joined, Vlad was kinda stuck with 'losers'. Even if he doesnt obey Vlad, he's still kind of their 'deus ex machina' and gets em out of a lotta tight situations. So Vlad kinda just puts up with his annoying antics |D
As for why Vlad doesnt like Sky:
1. Sky likes to tease him, a lot. And Vlad's very prideful
2. Vlad is homophobic, so theres that xD
3. Basically Sky's whole character annoys and disgusts him haha
