GETTING STARTED
PLEASE hit DOWNLOAD and SAVE THE IMAGE to use. Copy/pasting it into your art program will cause the transparent bars to turn black. Download button is to your right.

► The box in the upper right corner is for you to draw a portrait of your character or write their name - your choice.

To fill in the bars: Make a new layer BELOW the tracker and use a brush with the color of your choice to fill in the bars as you earn XP or level up your skills.

USING THE TRACKER
► We'd prefer if you could update the image every time you reach a new XP or skill level, but you do not have to update it to reflect every little XP point earned.

► The DESCRIPTION, however, needs to be updated at all times for your own convenience and ours when checking XP Levels. You can format the description however you'd like, but please make sure it is organized and that there are working links to every deviation you upload of your character so you can earn XP for it.

► Remember that each submission to the group should have its own individual XP value listed at the top of its artist description. This helps us catch mistakes easily.

HERE is a description template for how we'd like the tracker descriptions to look. Here is an example of a correctly formatted tracker. Notice how red bullets are used to mark all RP's/ submissions that have not yet been checked by staff. You can do this or mark everything that has been checked by staff.

► You CAN USE A JOURNAL instead of the description; please have the XP Tracker at the top of the journal with character name + headshot

Have you filled your tracker all the way to the top, past 3,000 XP? Continue counting XP with our Infinity Tracker . Just upload it and then link to all of your submissions and their XP counts in the description of it, like you did your main tracker. This time, however, you will only need to note for an XP check every time you hit another 1,000XP, starting at 4,000 XP, then at 5,000 XP, and so on. Every time you get 1k approved, please link to that note in your Infinity Tracker and then make a new section for the next 1k. See the deviation description for a formatting example:
