I can see this turn into a story. The sisters turn Johnny into a teenager girl, they did not know that Johnny's mind also grow up too. Mother taken her new daughter shopping, Johnny and her mother found out the Johnny need to have high heels to walk and she doing it as if she had wear them all her life.
