This is a picture made in September 2021. The painting subject that was given to me that day was 'Aodai'. All I experienced in Vietnam were a few war movies and rice noodles, so I searched Google for Ao Dai. As far as I know, it's definitely Vietnamese clothes, but I saw some posts arguing with Chinese about its origins. The Chinese fight with the Koreans over the origins of hanbok, then with the Vietnamese over Aodai, will it be the turn of Japanese kimono next? During the Cultural Revolution, they destroyed all their wonderful things, so now they covet others' things?
