Description
A study on visual rhythm. Objective: pick one of three songs chosen by our instructor and draw how it makes you fee without the use of direct symbolism.
Of the three pieces to pick from, I chose "Something Beautiful" by Midwest Hype (link to their video here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=mYneQT… )
I may or may not finish this eventually, but if I find the time, I'd like to. Let me know what you funny heads think in the comments.

I don't know if I'll ever have time to finish it (and considering I left it at home while I was on break from school, I won't even see it for at least a month), but if and when I find time, I'll get back to drawing again.

sounds great, but also think this actually has some merit with it at this stage!
could be the cover of a really beautiful card if you had a soft metallic gold background. but that's just me thinking out loud...do what is in YOUR heart.

I actually have been thinking about doing some greeting cards. I bought a set of blank mixed media cards and envelopes a while back and have been wondering what to do with them. I'll be on Spring Break in just a few weeks. Maybe I can do something then!

Thank you very much! I just hope I have the time to sit down and work on projects I've had ideas for for several months. Almost everything I've drawn in the past few months has been for class. I love art school, but it's killing me.

I only do that for certain people, usually people from school or something (which isn't many)

I do that for everyone because A) Most of the people I watch, I personally know and B) I've always liked seeing the progression of pieces of art. I also watch a lot of art projects in time lapse. It makes you appreciate all the work put into it that much more.

That, and you kind of laugh at the thought of the project actually being completed within the time lapse rather than in real time and it just keeps speeding up and any narration sounds like chipmunks on acid...
