This is T.I.A. (Technical Information Analyst)She was built by Arthur in his home, and is designed for hacking and 'borrowing' important information from police and FBI servers.
He also designed her with a clever and witty AI, to reply to his flirtatious comments with a grace that is designed to make Jackie jealous. If you haven't noticed yet, he's quite attracted to her.
