I'm very impressed. This is a professional grade design that I would love to see in the halo series. As far as critiques, something about the simplisity of the helmet and the leg armor doesn't mesh well with the chest and arms (which are perfect in my opinion). The legs feel "clunky" and do very little to inspire a sense of mobility. The helmet needs a little more geometry to match the rest of the armor, with that being said, this is fantastic work and I hope maybe one day you'll revisit and rework this design. Fantastic piece.

I have a halo 5 master chief action figure but I broke his hand by putting a gun in it. Apparently I pressed to hard. Then I put him in my coat pocket and he fell in the snow and I stepped on him and broke his foot. Oooops.

343 needs to use your template for Master Chief's armor.
Hell, all SPARTAN IVs need to have a base model that looks like this!
The SPARTAN IVs look like a bunch of stupid mall ninjas. -_-

exactly,It still has that sleek & Mobile look.
It still looks powerful as well.
Halo 4's armor...just looks so big and clunky..especially Chief's armor. not to mention 90% of is just an eye sore to look at.

it looks more organic, but still retains the sharper edges i like. the armour has a simple but effective design making it look human not alienated like that of halo 4's armour.

Organic... you failed just by mentioning that name.
The UNSC has no such thing as organic technologies. If you want organic armor, you play Warframe. If you want sci-fi armor made of tough metals and meant to look bulky and sci-fi-ish, you play Halo 4 and future Halo installments. What 343i did to Master Chief's armor is it actually made it look as heavy as it actually is. Before Halo 4, the armor just looked too light, while it was rated as 300 kilos without the operator. Why the difference, especially considering that Titanium is nearly twice as light as steel? Was the MARK V and MARK VI made of steel, and not Titanium?
Seriously, lore-wise, Halo 4's armor fits perfectly. You can see its extreme bulkiness and when looking at it, I can easily know that it weighs 300 kilograms.
EDIT: Before Halo 4, the MJOLNIR looked like an ordinary Human could wear it while the novels say that it broke the bones of ordinary Humans. The visual depiction contradicts what was said. After Halo 4, I can believe the description of the novels now. Btw, Bungie didn't like developing Halo, as stated by Martin O'Donnell.

firstly i meant organic looking not actual organic materials.
secondly halo 4 armour, it looks too non-human and impractical, not somthing a spartan would wear.
A spartan would not want to wear that flashy of armour.
(Not to mention the flawed lighting in halo 4.)
oh and don't get me started on the sound effects you make when moving/assassinating/ragdolling.
thirdly why are you bringing up the fact of weight and titanium, halo 4's armour looks more plasticky than actual metal. also spartan IV armour is made of a metallic ceramic alloy not titanium.

Halo 4 armor is exactly what has inspired the US DoD to produce exo-skeletons because they see it as something that a soldier would be comfortable in. Pre-Halo 4 armor looked oddly uncomfortable and severely impacted agility.
Non-Human? NON-HUMAN? Do you understand what are you saying? Halo 4 armor is exactly what MJOLNIR should be - visually menacing. When I first saw Halo 4's Chief, I was pretty much intimidated by his new look, since it makes him look considerably bulkier.
The sounds were made using real materials, sounds, whatever. The developers don't want to use some outdated means of making sounds when they can just use something that makes it more believable.
MJOLNIR GEN2 Powered Assault Armor... made of ceramics? You do realize that you're being extremely stupid right now? No matter how advanced the armor is, the most protective component of MJOLNIR is Titanium-A. Yes, the armor plates are made of ceramic-metal alloys, but the armor is still made primarily out of Titanium-A, otherwise it would be inefficient against kinetic energy weapons (Like MA5D) since ceramics shatter against strong impacts. That, and the armor looks metallic. You don't even know how plastic armor looks like, do you?
I'm brining up weight and Titanium, because I'm proving how Bungie kept failing in the design department.
I like 343i, I really do. I was really skeptical about Halo 4 being a good sequel, but 343i disproved all my negative assumptions with their dedication to Halo and introduced something that even impressed the military.

calling me stupid, what ignorance.
Titanium-A is used on ships in the halo universe and rarely on armour. proof --> ( halo.wikia.com/wiki/Titanium-A… )
shall i quote from the halo wiki about what the spartans armour from halo 4 is made out of? well fine then here it is,
"Unlike the previous installments of MJOLNIR armor, the ceramic-metallic alloy that composes the main armor plates is much more versatile, and can be attached to the metal-alloy under-suit within a matter of seconds..."
and for proof, the page i got that information from---> ( halo.wikia.com/wiki/MJOLNIR_Po… )
visually menacing, how about so ridiculous that would make me laugh rather than scare me!. fotus for example, that stick coming of the spartans face would impede the spartan rather than do any good. i wish they would bring back some of the classic armours without modifying them so much.
on the sound effects ( again ) they used real weapon sounds for the guns in the game, however; i don't think they used actual materials for the movement and ragdolling. where is your proof that they used real metal objects for the ragdolling and movement.
people like you are the reason i dislike Halo 4, not willing to accept anyone's opinions but your own. Forcing you own opinions down the throats of others.
I don't mind 343i, i actually like them because they listened to the halo fans.

Ceramics don't make armor lighter, btw. Basic Material Science.
Read on the armor components of MJOLNIR. It doesn't matter which generation, all MJOLNIR types have the same armor layers. Wait... actually, you're too stupid to do that. Here, I'll copy and paste them:
''Helmet: The MJOLNIR Helmet is one of the most vital aspects to the MJOLNIR system. It is made of Titanium and contains key features like a Heads Up Display that links to the brain and hands, and can identify equipment and display information about it when it is picked up by the wearer.''
Titanium Alloy Outer Shell: The outer shell of the MJOLNIR armor is comprised of a fairly thick titanium alloy. This plating covers the chest, arms, hip, legs, calves, feet and hands. This alloy is very resilient, can take significant punishment, and is nearly impervious to small arms fire.
Titanium Nanocomposite Bodysuit: Sandwiched between the external armor and the internal padding is a thick black armored bodysuit. This suit has numerous functions, small but vital to the safety and survival of the wearer. The bodysuit is made of a titanium-based material, making it very strong and yet very flexible. It also serves as another layer of protection against ballistics attacks and is coated with a heat resistant material to disperse heat from Plasma weapons.''
What the wikia article about GEN2 means, is that the inner parts of the plates are made of ceramic-metal alloys. Without Titanium, SPARTAN-IV's would be more useless than SPARTAN-III's. Titanium is rarely used in STANDARD INFANTRY DESIGN, but SPARTAN armor uses Titanium a lot. 343i designed the armor to be of imposing mass and weight, to show that the bulky armor is one of the characteristics of SPARTANs.
We don't shove our opinions down our throats. Halo 4 fans are people who respond to such silly bullshit that you call out. If anything, YOU were that little fool that was trying to shove your instant dislike down everyone's throats like the damn LGBT members. Get out of my face, you're useless to the Halo community.
FOTUS is designed as a joke by 343i, and they said it. It's not meant to be serious MJOLNIR armor, if you don't get it just by looking at the picture, then read the goddamn description at least on the wikipedia.
Btw, sound design:
''Sotaro Tojima, best known for his work on Konami's Castlevania: Circle of the Moon and Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots , serves as Halo 4 's audio director.[73] The team has performed many live audio recording sessions, several of which occurred inTasmania, Australia . Some of these recording sessions took place in generally inhospitable environments, such as underwater, in fire, and in ice, through the use of specially designed microphones;[73] other recording sessions have utilized "home made" explosives.[102] Tojima intended for the game's audio to be clearly grounded in the Halo universe, while also having a more realistic quality than in past titles.[73] '

First I never said that ceramics made armor lighter! Originally you brought up titanium-A, And for basic material science, Titanium is weaker than steel and has a melting point 1668 F. A plasma round is 3000 F rendering it ineffective against covenant weaponry.
You are incorrect about all generations having it. Gen 2 has ceramic-metallic alloy plating for the armor. That is what halo 4’s armor is Gen 2 (As I showed earlier). All previous generations have titanium. The Main armor plates does not refer to base of the armor either, it refers to main pieces of armor that cover the body.
The page you got your information from was Gen 1 not Gen2.
I pulled my information directly from The Gen2 page.
Again ( halo.wikia.com/wiki/MJOLNIR_Po… )
It even says Gen 2 in the title
Spartan IIIs had more rigorous and longer training with more augmentations. Spartan IIIs were kidnaped and trained from an young age all they know is combat training, unlike Spartan IVs they were recruited as adults and have fewer augmentations.
Calling me stupid is a childish way to go about an argument. As from my “instant dislike” you caused this petty argument, all I said originally was that I liked the way the artist designed his rendering of master chief.
And I am helping build the new Halos by adding my comments to 343i’s website. So no I am not useless to Halo.
I’m done with your incompetent arrogant blabbing on about what the armor is made out of and what art style is right. you are certainly entitled to your own opinion.

Are you using friggin' Fahrenheit?! Are you trying to make it look weaker on purpose? It's CELSIUS, not your American ''thing''. Titanium-A is sometimes reinforced with Tungsten in a battleplate, making it highly resistant against super-heated plasma shots.
I was mistaken a bit, I admit, HOWEVER, the undersuit is still made of Titanium. Here's a quote: ''Titanium nanocomposite bodysuit: Sandwiched between the external armor and the internal padding is a thick armored bodysuit. The bodysuit is made of a nonrigid titanium-based material, making it very strong and yet very flexible.''
SPARTAN-IV's incorporate the best of SPARTAN-II and SPARTAN-III programs. From S-II they received the efficient augmentations, while from S-III's they got the 0% augmentation mortality rate. If anything, the SPARTAN-IV's have two additional augmentations - they can go for far longer periods of time without eating, and they can survive in toxic atmospheres for roughly an hour. That is something neither the S-II's or S-III's could do.
You? Helping? Doesn't look like it. If you want Halo to go back to its old, bullshit style then you can't even hope for your opinion to have an effect on 343i.

the titanium reinforced by tungsten is only used on ships, not armour.
I will give credit for the titanium under suit, but that is only the under suit not the armour plates.
(oops on the Celsius to fahrenheit thing) but since you brought that up i'll change i will correct that titanium melts at 1668 C plasma rounds average at 3000 C
And while the Spartan IVs may have more technology on their side they don not have the rigorous training burnt into their minds. training not gear will determine a battle.
Also i have only heard that the spartan IVs could take more nutrients from the food they eat and produce less waste not go without eating for longer periods of time. Could you cite that for me?
my opinion along with a lot of others did sway 343i to make some changes. So i am not the only one that doesn't like 343i's art style for the new halos. Also for better forge mechanics and more forge options.
Why so much hate? why? i just wanted to state my opinion on the looks of this artist fantastic looking armour. So i am done Talking with you and Good job you're an asshole
I'm not the only one that prefered the looks of previous halos over halo 4 ethier.

The undersuit provides about as much protection as a thin plate, and that's A LOT of protection against kinetic strikes and plasma weaponry, as it's coated with heat-resistant materials.
Good.
Spartan Gabriel Thorne killed five Elites in CQC and held the upper hand in a fight against Gek 'Lhar (seasoned veteran) for most of the time until he did the wrong call by picking up a rock.
SPARTAN-IV Augmentations:
Pulmonary Polymer Lining: Greatly increases oxygen intake and retention, helps process toxins from the air and allows SPARTANs to breathe certain non-oxygen atmospheres for up to an hour.
Artificial Pancreas Implant: Allows the SPARTAN's body to extract the maximum amount of nutrients and carbohydrates from food with minimal waste.
The Pancreas Implant is basically what got the US DoD inspired to make its own super-soldier program based on Halo's SPARTAN-IV program. They want soldiers to be able to carry less food into battle, but by having their bodies extract the maximum amount of energy from just a single meal.
You know, this is 343i's game, not yours. While I agree that Forge is lacking and they need to bring the Sangheili back into multiplayer, the game itself (Halo 4) was awesome. Its campaign was the best since Halo 2 and its multiplayer, for me, was far more enjoyable than Halo: Reach.
Because that's me. If the world consisted of nice guys, it would be the most boring place ever.
You're definitely part of Bungie's ass-kissing fan club. It's people like you that are trying to ruin 343i's vision for a future Halo - bigger, better, more sci-fi-ish and definitely NOT stagnating (gameplay-wise), like Call of Duty (Don't ever dare compare Halo to CoD, because Halo isn't stagnating, yet CoD is).
