Description My first serious Zbrush project, after using Mudbox for 10 years. I took my previous work and ramped it up several notches. All the sculpting was done in Zbrush, refined in 3ds Max, rendered with Vray, and post-processed in Photoshop.

Her overall design was based on the Philippine Eagle. I took extra care into making her helmet look just right to reflect her concept.

Prints are available. Please consider buying some prints and help support my work. Thanks!
The full resolution file (3667x5500 px) is also available for sale if you want to do your own printing.

This should not be the first anything for anyone in any program. This should be the work of someone who has been using the given software for 5-10+ years and totally familiar with every aspect of it, and every tool/plugin within it. I do realize you've been modeling for really long time, but even still it blows my mind that you can enter into a new program and work environment and so quickly create something of this magnitude. I would expect to see a plethora of visible errors or at least minor bits of sloppiness even from the most experienced of modelers if they're creating something with a new program. And looking over your other armor and modeling works, more mindblowing artistry than I can recall seeing in any sort of recent memory of mine (and I look at tooons of people's artwork here and elsewhere). Being a new modeler/sculptor myself I have like 100+ pages of feedback and questions for you in my head lol but I'll refrain for the sake of your sanity. I haven't read much into your stuff yet, just found you... so are you an actual designer for these assets that are used in the actual video games? You can't possibly be just a hobbyist or even semi-pro at your level of professional grade modeling. Just curious about what capacity you work with 3D professionally. I assume it's either for a company creating media of some sort, or selling your created content as a vendor (at probably a very expensive, but well-earned price). If you do sell your content in volume (not only exclusively) I'm just wondering what store or site you sell the stuff on. Sorry for such a long comment, and I appreciate any response whenever you find time .Β

Forgot to say thanks man, for that awesome response and detailed explanation about everything. I wish I had more to spend on 3D resources at the moment, your hulkbuster looks out of this world. The only thing is everything is in .max format... I could use Daz or Cinema4D but conversion I assume would mean it would lose it's rigging and that's one thing even for daz i do not like doing, I have never rigged in C4D. Anyways will be watching forΒ  your work, it's so inspirational.Β
