I haven't drawn Bart Allen, who is one of my favorite comic book characters, in a long time, so I decided it's time to do so. This was a lot of fun to make. I really enjoying doing stuff like this every once in a while. The looseness of it lends well to the character, I think.Anyway, I hope you guys like it! C:
