Indeed! Too bad, I have to take this down because a person asked me to take this one down or else I get reported and banned from this site just because I've violate the DA policy when I'm not such as "Even crediting the original owner still result a violation of the DA policy*. And not only that, she also claims I've pirating this image and attempts to make a profit or something she meant to say when I actually find it at the Google image search and I have NO intention of doing such really.

the picture of the vocaloid and dante do not belong to you. all you did was take two things that you didnt make, and put them together. its basically the same as editing, which is not allowed on deviantart.

next! it does NOT matter if you say that you dont own them. deviantart is not for things that you didnt make. it must be totally made by you. even if you credit the owners, it still violates DA policy.
so, yea, its ILLEGAL on dA. This is NOT Photobucket. I can still report you and the mods can view blocked comments, even if I'm blocked and this comment "hidden."
Your images violate dA copyright policy (FAQ #8: [link] and FAQ #32: [link] to be specific) and international copyright. In other words: YOU ARE PIRATING COPYRIGHTED IMAGES. YOU COULD GO TO JAIL FOR THIS.
and no. this is not just for fun. this started out with me just trying to warn you before you got reported and in trouble. i was freakin trying to help you and you got SO defensive and R U D E. you really overreacted to the entire situation. try to chill for a minute before you reply alright? im serious. if you reply when youre angry or overwhelmed, the message you send may not come out as intended. whereas when you sit for a minute and cool down, you can collect your thoughts and create a more logical and often less rude response.

You may have a good point there, but that leaves me curious. If this "Even if you do credit them, you still violate the DA policy" was true, then this would have impact to everyone to DA who too do some fanart and such including games and anime that don't belong to them yet they credit the original owner. Hell, even most of them uses some existing image and edit it as if it's their. And with all due respect, I have NO desire nor intention of making a profit out of it that I wouldn't have been around here in less than a month by now. And one more thing, this pic was originally used as a cover image of my fanfic called BRS The Devil's Cry. So, if you want me to take this one down, that's fine with me, but I'll not take down the rest, if not the most, of my work including fanfic I've been putting all my effort to it.

ok, well when people make fanart and such, they usually dont use an image from the show or the game or whatever theyre fanart-ing (idk if thats a word... but it sounds funny XD sounds too much like farting lol) sorry about the little detour i took just now. i got distracted. anyway!! people typically draw their fanart, rather than take images from it and change the background or add something or take something out.
and if youre serious about the fanfic, you could probably get a group together who would love to help you create the illustrations for your stories. sometimes they end up very successful in a short ammount of time! i just didnt want you to get banned.

All right, thanks. Just to let you know, I'm not fond of stealing other people's pic which has been the most serious problem in DA as I saw most of those bastard doing that recently. I would have received a lot of warning comment and such if I do that.
