I'm going with Ada on this. Claire since when have you saved Leon's ass other than in Resident Evil: Degeneration. Hell that was the last time you have been relevant in any RE media. I do however agree with Claire about Steve. I never did liked the guy and he died pretty pathetically in Code Veronica.
I can't take you seriously after that.
I do find it completely baffling Ada to be using a Desert Eagle. She's a spy. Loud big weapons such as a magnum don't suit her.
