I don't think that counts since Ein doesn't have any occasion that he speaks English beside Japanese. After he lives in that wasteland for so long that his native tongue is obsolete since there are no other folks like him.

It's actually pretty simple, you just have to cut out sprite put it to one of the background and add some effect and edit. It's that easy!
