They will play a huge ass role in the next storyline. Expect some changes in terms of their personality though mainly from Black Gold Saw since she absolutely has no traces of personality herself in the OVA compared to the anime. Let's go like this:
Black Gold Saw: Leaving so soon? *Holds the corpse of the soldier in the neck and toss it away like doll*
Call of duty Modern Warfare soldier: OMG...you...you fucking miss dracula...! *Aims his gun at the blood thirsty woman*
Black Gold Saw: Yes, I get that a lot from many people *Grins sadistically while showing off the blood dripping from her mouth* Then what's that make you, honey? A man? A dog? Or a pussy?
Call of duty MW soldier: Uuuh *Cries shortly before he decides to blow his own head off*

As for STRength. Well, I didn't bother adding her personality, so she remained the same as the OVA. But that makes STRength X Nemesis pairing more effective!
