So yeah, I'm just the biggest idiot that ever was. I sent a note to the guy who made the vinyl scratch to see if I could use it. I waited a week, made 2 wallpapers in that time. He never messaged back, so I checked his profile and in the journal box it said all his art was free use... all I had to do was read... -flips table-This was also done in 3k res... don't remember doing that but I guess I did.
