Not bad at all, considering the time taken!
I find the fruit to be a bit on the specular side as well, given the texture. If they were smoother, you could pass it off, I think, but the combination doesn't work for me. Also, the coffee/tea liquid seems a bit on the matte side - maybe it could have had a bit more specular reflection?
Just out of curiosity, did the 1 hour include rendering time?

Neat little render (caught my eye on the front page). Perhaps the spec on the fruits could be toned down a bit, and maybe an ambiant occlusion to nail down the soft shadows a little and add a bit of grunge.
