I don't know why but I didn't like Ermac's costume and body design in MK X that much...he looked too skinny and he floated everywhere....he was like "I am a dragonball z guy look at me go whooooo" Eramc CAN float doesn't mean he needs to do it 24/7 it kind of ruins the effect...his hooded costume in MK 9 was better...it was both sinister and immaculate at the same time.

Didn't Ermac die in MK 9? For that matter how the hell is Sub-Zero playable?! He was roboticized and killed and so was his older brother who became Noob Saibot! Hell Noob died twice! I can understand the new characters as well as Raiden and Scorpion, but how the hell are these returning characters playable?
Awesome art though. Made me think of Diablo III.

Characters canonically die and come back in the series all the time. Johnny Cage died and came back three times so far I think (between 2 and 3, at the end of 3, and the end of 7) to be one of the few survivors in 9. There're portals between the Netherrealm and the others; it's been a significant plot point on multiple occasions. That's how Quan Chi got out of Hell in the opening of MK5 and Shujinko traveled there and back several in MK6 as well as how Noob, Scorpion, Drahmin, Moloch and Sareena were ever able to fight on Earth and Outworld. Kitana, Kung Lao, Sub Zero, and Ermac are all back in MKX, and I never once thought that the deaths in MK9 would keep series staples from returning as they have. Hope that helps; been a fan of the series since the original and always paid attention to the lore.

Saibot was torn from Bi-han so this sub zero might be the original if he survived from the soulnado
