OooOooh, nice suit, I'd wear that! Much bulkier than average sexieh stormtrooper. Also, I bet her and Mantis would go into some kind of sexieh mud fight at initial meeting as all badass half-protagonists do, but then would work together and be all hell yeah awesome.

(On a side note:
MrMarcus character, Ms. Raina Hunter, is 1st Lieutenant of the Angel Falls Police Department, Special Crime Units; Cybercorp division:
She is a cyborg from the "BECA" proyect, and was intented to re-potentiate the Special Crime Units of .
Wich wring me to this point:
When I first readed of Angel-Falls, when looking in gallery, I discovered is a fictice city in dA, in wich there go most of the dA original superheroes character comunity.
Wich is awesome.
But somehow, when reading about the Superheroes and supervillians of Angel Falls, and the combat and struggle, I personally think Angel-Falls must be something like this:
Overpopulated, extense city, that grow faster than the Urban development plans:
And so, an expanding, brilliant city, atract large amounts of inmigrants, desarraigated from their own area, who live in slums, that grow surroundig the city, searching for work:
So, in poverty of the surrounding areas, in comparison to the center, and less guess is near a border area, this will explain an exceptional grade of criminality, not only of "Supervillians", but common criminals, drug and weapon dealers, gangs, thieves, rapists, and the long etc...
I mean, all that super-criminals must take their henchmen and henchwoman from somewhere. And the misery is allways a good place to conscript people...
Also, very important, in relation to AFPD (Angel Falls Police Department), in sight of the incredible degrees of criminality -and super-criminals- I belive the evolution is obvious:
From a common Police, to a militarized Police, as when they go to the streets, they go to a war zone:
So I personally believe a regular AFPD police man and woman, should go out in normal duty, with assault rifles, helms and anti-bullet vests, armored vehicles, and air support...

And that is what I wanted to express there: Miserable slums, where the police normally don't dare to enter, and where the "capes", the super-people of Angel Falls, enter ocasionally, on their own risk, and aren't specially loved or supported
Here, the Lieutenant Hunter, along with other AFPD special operatives, have done a raid in some slums surrounding Angel Falls, to some ilegal clone-factories (that supply with soldiers illegal organizations of various super-criminals, or maybe just one, as is unknow so far), and having succeded, the agents proceed to go to the roofs to be extracted by AFPD armored helicopters...
And as they come close, mobs of people attack the agents, and the helicopters, flying over the slums, receive fire of light weapons from everywhere...

Ok! (drags them off to prepare them for preparation of reabilitation and redrawing..)

Ok. They're inside the storage system(where all my rescued things to be redrawn to life and created creatures I own(by magic pencil) are stored in a PC.) But I must know how to raise a clone first before taking one out... Since most rescued things are natural humans. But these are artificial ones I'm talking about.

the "Artificial humans" are humans, but created artificially, and raised in incubation chambers.
These chambers had a process of acelerated growing (about 1 month in a chamber is equivalent to a year, so leave an Artificial human 18 months and you get a clone of 18 biological years).
During this time, is used computer programs connected to a chip in their brains to download all the conditioning, so you get a functional Artificial Human who can actuallt be part of a society, whith knowledge you gave to them (that can be from any kind).
Once "awakened" from their chambers, they are normal humans, but who may have been modified in some of their genetic or physical habilities, or maybe a special conditionating program to reach some desidered effect...
So to raise one is easy, once you have determinated what you want your clones to become! :3
These girls where conditionated and enginered to be low level, reemplazable infantry henchwoman.

That sounds simple. And my ability to change aspects of the things I draw and edit might make for more possibilities. Though I might raise them better. Since I normally train my creations by letting them battle Pokemon-like battles.
And the one I took out is tall and has brown hair and downloaded this data. Loves the color red and acts very wierd. While my pencil gave her these traits.
Has the ability to jump higher than normal. And the power to fold her opponents into paper airplanes and reach things farther than usual. I'll post a pic when I'm done. And the airplane effect only works on paper-made opponents...

I first just was doing to do the characters, but when looking the white space I thinked it needed something.
And if you don't know with what to fill, do Slums! XD
No, I was reading the Bio of the character I was drawing, and I thinked that it was needed a highly catastropic area... and I remembered the slums, the favelas, what happen now in mexico -and even district 9 XD- and I thinked it was a good background for this pic.

But, in my "own" world and settings (NOT in Angel Falls), the "Shik" are Artifical Human -basic multirrol clones-, selled by corporations to anyone willing to pay for them.

I like the idea of there being a crime hot zone where all the native baddies of Angel Falls come from and there being a special police unit trained to handle that dangerous area. Great pic, the background is intense and the girls look gorgeous

I personly thinked, when looking Angel Falls, that such amount of crime -and super-criminals hench-people!- needed an explaination...
And misery, as well the abissal diference between rich and poor, are allways an excelent explaination.
Because: why to be criminal, with all these super-heroes around?
Because there is no other option: a megapolis like angel Falls, atract more people, who atract more people, and the aparition of slums with desarraigated inmigrants are a good explaination:
Otherwise: who will be willing to face superheroes?
So these slums are my answer: People that see the drug dealers, weapon dealers, super-criminals and gangs not as criminals, but as the people close to them, who "help them", so they protect them, and join them:
a place which is banned for police, unless is well armed, and where the super-heroes are see with distrust, and even hate.

in no time, a police facing such enemies, will do as Mexico now -militarize them, get the army-, Brazil in Rio de Janeiro, Southafrica in the Cape, etc, etc
