I don't really see many flaws. The only thing that stands out to me is the sky bending around twilight's body (the stars and such). Also it's not a very original piece as I have seen a lot of artwork similar to this (though this is by far one of the better ones) If the sky was intentional please do let me know. It is a very nice piece to look at though. The animation is very good. I don't see any issues on the shading and lighting. The sky is well done. Overall this is an amazing piece of art. Keep up the good work.
