This is my new twitter header, pretty fucking happy with how the lad turned out.

I struggled a bit with the lighting at first but it's good now.

A bit of background for this piece: I have suffered from pyrophobia since my childhood, for a long ass time I couldn't be in the same room as a candle because of it.

Didn't inhibit my day to day life too much luckily but I was always terrified of something bad happening. I don't really remember when that started but my parents think it might be a mix of sylvester (new years eve) and a festival we saw in Denmark when I was a child. The latter probably more so, as the festival included a bonfire on which a human looking strawman was burned.

Safe to say, that was probably kinda traumatic for little 4 year old me.

So, when I made Duibh, I just slapped that phobia onto him and called it a day, kinda sucks tho when your one power is self-ignition.
