Bio: When the Great Beings created the universe, the Azren, as well as their ruler, Kaggorak, were one of the many species that were created, specifically by a Great Being named Vhaas. The Azren lived all throughout Spherus Magna, mostly in mountains and caverns.The Azren were relatively simple minded, following only the orders of Kaggorak, almost like a hive mind. The Jugger Azren were the largest of the Azren, and among the most feared. They had tremendous strength and thick armored skin that made it difficult for them to get hurt. Knowing that they were the most powerful, the Jugger Azren sometimes fought against each other or other sub-species of Azren before Kaggorak stopped them.
Kaggorak was unsatisfied with his people's role in the universe, and was angry that the other species, such as the Agori, got more attention from the Great Beings. One Great Being was on Spherus Magna, observing the planet, but Kaggorak sent some Azren to kill the Great Being. Kaggorak absorbed the Great Beings knowledge and intelligence, and found a way to reach Halaria, the domain of the Great Beings. With this information in mind, the Azren rebelled against the Great Beings. Aurias, the leader of the Great Beings, tried to keep the peace, but to no avail, and was forced to go to war. The Azren, including the Jugger Azren, fought against Aurias and his Great Beings, known as the Shellas, for several years.
Vhaas, the creator of the Azren, was angry that his own creations had gone rogue, while Aurias's creations were living peacefully. Plotting to get back at Aurias and overthrow him, Vhaas met with Kaggorak, and gave him secrets and plans that only the Shellas knew, allowing the Azren to win several victories.
Aurias eventually discovered that Vhaas's treachery, and sent a platoon of Shellas to confront him. Vhaas found out about this discovery, and using his abilities, killed Kaggorak and absorbed his powers, transforming himself into a new demonic form. While the Azren were angry at Vhaas for killing their master, Vhaas now had control over the Azren, so they were forced to obey his will. Eventually they came to respect their new ruler's power and strength. Vhaas and his followers, including the Azren, fought against Aurias and the Shellas in multiple battles before Aurias finally defeated Vhaas. Aurias created a dark, prison-like dimension called "Surkren," where he banished Vhaas and his army.
Vhaas, now called Vhargon, could not escape from Surkren, as this dimension was created specifically for him, so his soul was bound to said dimension. However, the Malgon, Shellas who sided with Vhargon, found a way to travel to the normal world for a limited time before having to return back to Surkren. Vhargon found that he received power from negative emotions, including hate, greed, sadness, and pride, so he sent the Malgon to cause as much chaos as possible throughout the universe, trying to split the various species apart while confronting the Shellas. The Azren themselves served more as muscle for the Malgon, often protecting them and beating up various Shellas. When they weren't helping the Malgon, they served as bodyguards for Vhargon and his highest-ranking enforcers, the Seven Deadly.
Over hundreds of thousands of years, the Azren continued to serve Vhargon, and as of now, the dark lord is preparing a complex plan to free himself from Surkren. The Azren are now awaiting Vhargon's orders to reign destruction on Spherus Magna.
