the art comes slow my friend...im workin 48-54 hours a week, and then my girl and my son always keep me busy. i really only get to draw on some fridays, saturdays and sundays. im workin on a new piece now...been workin on it for 3 weekends weeks now. im starting to do more big pieces. which take a lot longer....whats your average drawing size man? to me u can just get so much more and more detail the bigger the drawing.....well man it was good to hear from u...keep up the amazing art!

yeah .. even i don't have so much time anymore to dedicate to my art .. college takes up almost all of my day for 5-6 days a week .. and i too am trying to work on bigger pieces but only during holidays.. as you rightly said they take a lot of time and dedication .. look forward to your next piece though

do you know anything about drumvalo? Cause that sounds like what someone that has read up on him would say. He is very good.

yes time is regarded as a fourth dimension (need not be number 4 but certainly is a dimension) .. space takes up 3 dimensions and time is considered as the fourth .. these are very important for locating precisely where and when an event takes place. Though there may be many more dimensions if newer theories (like string theory) are considered .. not much of a physicist though ..but im certain this is legitimate info

Sorry to burst your bubble. Width is the first, height is second, depth is 3rd, mass is 4th, and so on and son on. There are hundreds of dimensions, yet there is only one being in existence that lives outside of time. Its all described in the book [link]

err... well i did say that new theories may state different things as this field seems to be in a very dynamic state ..i was referring to the more prominent and widely accepted theories of today ..

there seems to be more substantial evidence supporting the 4th dimension as space, but thatsbeside the point.
Either way, its all awesome. Have you ever read Slaughterhouse V by Kurt Vonegat? It has very interesting theories about time, which is also incorporated in the style it was written.

I love this piece! Contemplating ideas about time and its seemingly prison-like quality, always tends to bring up interesting aspects of inspiration. The central area is very complex, intricate, and amazingly constructed. Overall, a wonderful composition

Oh, sooo true! Time is the thing that binds us - all is governed by it. And completely stunning art! I love the figure the represents man and how he is composed of these spirals you can see through. All the details in the center circle are absolutly incredible!! How do you dream all this up!? I wish I could be better at this sort of thing.
One small suggestion, I still would like to see more shading or deeper colors in the area where the blue is. I wonder if it is your pencils I am not liking...

still not as rich as I would like it...
but again, I really think that is the pencil's fault! I use prisma colored pencils and they aree really vibrant and rich! I think I am overly used to them probably.
