Come on, it would have been awesome if kirby wasn't the only one to get a robobot mech suit!I wanted to see what I could achieve using a more limited palette than I'm used too, and I think that this was a success! The background came out more Megaman-ish than I intended, but I think it's fitting since, well, robots. XP

This isn't entirely from my imagination though, as I was taking inspiration from the newest kirby game Planet Robobot, where kirby gets to ride his own mech suit (which can also copy enemy abilities).
It would be interesting to see what would happen if kirby did eat one of the mech suits, though.

The game is really fun, and I'd say the game play is the most comparable to Crystal Shards or Kirby's return to Dreamland!

The developers of KPR during an interview said that they'd love to add more things into this game, but with the limited timeframe of 2 years and being very busy on it's development, some things didn't make it. (Yup, KPR was made in just 2 years!)
When Hal Laboratory makes a sequel to KPR, I'm sure they'll add this or something similar along with other new innovations for the sequel.
