Without any augmentation Mars perception is far more advanced than any hunter or huntress. To be more clear his eyes can see what humans/ faunus normally can’t see like sound waves, radiation, heat signatures, etc. However he doesn’t just see things normal humans can’t, but his brain/eye process hundred percent more faster than the average human mind can. Which means he can see incoming attacks and analyze the field in less than a microsecond. This feat makes him an excellent field tactication. He can also track down people within five-hundred mile radius and record everything by memory, which makes his brain an archive of things he has recorded even people. With that he can draw with detail entire maps by memory or even designs for complex objects. This feature is which follows into his augmentations to his semblance. However people can easily tell when he’s using it based on his eyes turning from red to gold with red markings around his eyes.
With augmentation he can materialize the kinetic energy into a solid form to create weapons, structures, shields, or even a claw like hand to pull his enemies towards him or give him an evaluation advantage. However Mars can only do create such things one at a time with both hands and same goes for his feet as well. Another thing to be reminded of Mars cannot make firearms or any complex objects unless he has full detail memorized which is how this ability is augmented into Mars’ natural abilities. This is powered by the Synchronized Kinetic Equilibrium Light Energy Type 0-N or the S.K.E.L.E.T.0.N. Core. The S.K.E.L.E.T.0.N. Core is connected to the runes that are tattooed onto Mars’ body that acts as a connection between Mar’s semblance and his kinetic gear. Without his kinetic gear Mars’ cannot tap into the S.K.E.L.E.T.0.N. Core’s power and enter a second state which grants Mars increased strength and speed, the Crim Reaper state. The Crim Reaper state ( and no not Grim but Crim for crimson for short ) is a state which a phantom like avatar compose of the same energy as the S.K.E.L.E.T.0.N. Core which mimics Mars’ movement. The avatar takes the form of a humanoid vulture like creature and grants Mars a mask similar to a plague doctor but with a skull of a vulture and not a crow. Other than materialistic things Mars gains spectral like vulture wings which he can use to fly short distances or even boost his speed further with short thrusts. Other than utility the can cover Mars to protect him or thrust it’s “feathers” out like daggers and can explode upon impact. However this “Winged” feature uses up the S.K.E.L.E.T.0.N. Core’s power supply more and shortens how long Mars can stay within this state.

Bio:
Mars one of two first born of Markus Shade Vultur and Rodus Wing Silvus. Markus is the CEO of a gold mining and dust exporting called the Gilded Feather company which is partner with the Schnee Dust Company with exports in Mistral. Rodus is the daughter of the head to the most respected clan of warriors, Shirubāndo Silvus the grandmaster of the League of the Silver Petals. Not only that but her father is also the CEO of a weapon development and arcane research company called you guessed it the Silver Petaled. Mars wasn’t just the heir to his father’s company but his father is also the brother to the King of Mistral who has not bared any children which makes Mars a prince to Mistral. However even with his royal bloodline he wanted to become a hunter and so at an early age trained outside the Kingdom, to Vacuo. In Vacuo he trained at a temple of the Black Gate where he trained under the teachers of the Grand Master, Hayden Taurus. However he was only accepted due to his father’s positive relations to faunus and the White Fang ( Pre-Terrorist Events ) but there it wasn’t easy for Mars since he was constantly bullied by other faunus but he did find a friend the son of the Grand Master, Adam. Both of them were both friend, training partners, and rivals when it came to combat. However one day Mars left the temple in order to expand his fighting style, so he left for Atlas and Vale. Before he left he promised his friend that he would return to the temple someday, but years later the temple was abandoned and the grand master had passed away while the once peaceful White Fang became a terrorist organization. He search the abandoned temple for clues and discovered a small ribbon belonging to someone named “Blake”, he would search for for her in order to find his friend and end the once peaceful organization. However he couldn’t do this all on his own, he would need a team.
Mars then later in his life enrolled into Haven Academy and became the team leader of team MARN ( Maroon ) with his twin Ares, Rocky O’Bin his childhood friend, and Nahuel Shark another friend who he had met during his training in the small islands between Vacuo and Vale. Now to present day Mars is in his third year in Haven along with his friends still not forgetting his personal mission to find Adam and the owner of the small black ribbon, Blake. However back to the pass Mars trained most of his early life in Vacuo and has trained in firearms and arcane arts in Atlas under Winter Schnee as well as obtain his rune markings that are tattooed onto his body and trained physically in Vale Qrow Branwen. However after discovering what had happen to the temple he turned to independent training combining all he learned from his training but kept in touch with his masters. But this just fueled his angry and made him emotional unstable, and that’s where Raven Branwen came in who taught him to control his anger and keep his emotions in check but this training was short since she was according to him she was “traveling”. However due to his training he has become mentally and physically stronger than the normal human, and with this he hopes that he can find his lost friend and protect thoses who he cares for in his life.

Note: Mars’ name is related to the Roman term for Sun ( Soare ) and Eagle/ Vulture ( Vultur ). Mars’ theme music is a mix between Unravel ( Tokyo Ghoul Opening ) and Rules of Nature ( Metal Gear Rising OST ).
