Ability: Speed
Shares similar speed abilities with Ruby but due to birth defects it stranges her body and aura.
Weapon: Wilted Rose
Similar to Yang's Ember Celica but fire 9mm concussive bullets and has a long thin side blade.
Background Information: Born as the first child of Ruby Rose from an experimental process that used genetic alterations with aura so that the child can share the DNA of both Ruby Rose and Weiss Schnee. Ever since she was young she wanted to be the legend of a huntress like her mothers but during the test her bodied suffered from the side effects of this "Aura birth" and cause her aura to be unstable and harmful. So she was rejected from Beacon and almost all Academies. She however settled with a free lance merc and doing odd jobs. For more information you can read the Shadow of the Winter Rose .

I don't usually like theese types of related-to-the-main-character OC's since I try to breack cannon as little as possible.
admitedly, the premise is a bit odd, to say the least, and strikes me more as away of circumventing biology(or adoption, wich is how I would have handled it) than anything else.
I can see what you were going for with the scar though XD I would have chosen a diferent placement but this isn't bad.
the weapon is nice, it would seem like it'd complement the outfit, wich I adore, well, as well as facilitate a dynamic fighting style, alowing for stealth if needed, etc, it's just the type of weapon a mercenary like her would need.
I think you could have mixed it up a bit more with the hair since this is pretty much rube's hair on a slightly dirent shade of the same color.
outfit design is pretty much the highpoint of this, it looks professional and practical, and I can imagine myself coming up with similar since I prefer to stay on the simple side of things.
the emblem was the weaker part. you literally pasted one over the other, wich is sad becouse I imagine at least some thought went into the rest of the character.
