Darn my scanner! Because of it, full view looks horrible. >.<Just random dragon. I wanted to try lighting and pose like those. They aren´t so good, but I´m quite satisfied with them. I like this pic but there´s so many much better ones that.. well..
I drew almost whole pic at school. I did almost nothing at home, only scanned and tried to play with photoshop to make the pic look at least a bit better.
Shades are pretty weird, so it the anatomy of the dragon. .__.
Done with Derwent studio colours, Copic Ciaos, inks and white correction pen.

I think drawing that drawing light like that is easy when you learn it. I just colour shadows with a lot darker hues that the lights to increase the contrast. When colouring light, the hues must be very light, of course. I'm a very bad in explaining things, but I hope it was even a little help. ^^

and never denounce you're scanner, this is un argument à 30 centimes, be sure that the matter is not that you don't know how to use it, because if each time somebody mean this and that it is true it would mean that 98% of scanners are wrong, wich is just impossible nowadays.
when a scanner don't work you see cause it display black horizontal or vertical lines. scanners are amazing tools!

On se vaan hieno. Tosi upea. Valot ja varjot on mahtavia, eikä anatomiassa ole mitään vikaa. Täytyy sanoa, että kivet näyttää upeilta. Todellakin, menee suosikkeihin o_o

En voi kuin ihailla taitojasi, ai että kun piirroksesi ovat jotain niin namia silmille. Tämäkin on kyllä jotain niin fantastista. Rakastuin varjostuksiin, ne ovat todella kauniit ja realistisen näköiset myös. Piirrät ihastuttavia lohikäärmeita, hurr <3
