POKEDDEX: YOUR CHOICE! VOL 2 has officially begun! During January 2019 I will draw one Pokémon each day based on the suggestions that you guys have sent me. Each Pokémon has been chosen with a poll so all the power is in your hands. Also by your request I will be submitting each painting individually. Usually I just post them as a single dump but I decided to try something different. Let's see how this works! I might still post a compilation of all paintings when they're done.

The legendary Pokemn of choice is the most complex option that was available! Reshiram!! I thought I wouldn't be able to complete this in time but I surprised myself and tackled this beast. Last year I did Zekrom so it's nice to get some continuity. Since I made Zekrom a very heavy theoropod based creature I wanted to make Reshiram a super fluffy and light one. I think I should have a bingo chart because I repeat the same things in these comments. The DrawDinovember challenge was very helpful again. I drew a microraptor for it and I found that despite being wayyy too small it was a very good base for Reshiram. There's also a neat dinosaur bird called the yi qi that was also an inspiration for this design. Lots of fluff and feathers and I was able to fit it all on this small piece of paper! It turned out pretty nice I think!
