Without hesitation, Ricken jumped onto Panne's back. Holding his hat so it would not fall with all his excitement. Panne looked sideways at him, almost glaring.

- Speak of this to no one. Understand?

Ricken tilted his head. An innocent look on his face.

- Why would I want to?

He skid across her back until he was close enough to hug her neck tightly.

- This is something I'll be sharing with my best of friends. The world doesn’t need to know…

Blinking slowly, Panne could not help but to smile at the child.

- Fine. But remember, this is JUST THIS ONCE.

Please excuse my shitty fan-fiction. I got Fire Emblem: Awakening some days ago and.... I just. Can't. Stop. Shipping. I CAN'T. I'm shipping characters so hard right now... I should feel ashamed. I had to do it. I had to. These two, I just thought it was so cute. Makes you wonder how it feels to be married to a child. Probably irritating, from Panne's point of view. But you know, not all days are the same.
