Yes, he deliberately chose to call himself Bas. Bas isn't an Inquisitor, he's an extra character that popped up in my head, and he was raised as part of the Qun but broke away from it. He has a few broken horns and some nicks out of his ears (also black eyes like the DA2 Qunari).Bas is mine, the Qunari however are from Dragon Age.

my Adaar is called Kost, the Qunari name for Peace, his parents named him that for irony's sake as Adaar means Weapon

Yes <3 It means every time someone calls him by his name, he's reminded that he isn't part of the Qun anymore. And to him, that is a glorious thing.
