Description
My first Mr. Incredible becomes Uncanny list is officially made and I'm ranking the first one based on out evil and immoral our favorite devious characters of animation can be, with the first phases being either Completely Redeemed Villains or Minor Threats and working our way down to the most Evil and Dangerous of them all. This list is inspired by WickedBinge.
Rules: This list will only count Animated Characters, so Live Action ones are completely excluded off the list, any character from a cartoon show or animated movie will count, Video Game Villains will only count in video game adaptations in shows or movies.

Phase 1: The Redeemed Villains!

Mr. Wolf (The Bad Guys)

Reasons: Started off as a Heist Leader who leads his gang to steal several valuables and eventually becomes a hero later on to stop Professor Marmalade.

Crimes: Theft, Robbery, Burglary, and Grand Larceny.

Megamind (Megamind)

Reasons: Originally raised as an infant by Prison Inmates and was bullied at school, he became a supervillain and main Rival to Metroman. Megamind managed to save Metrocity from the Evil Tighten and became a beloved Superhero.

Crimes: Kidnapping, Property Destruction, Identity Theft, Escaping Lawful Custody, and Creating a Dangerous Villain.

Wreck-It-Ralph (Wreck-It-Ralph)

Reasons: Started as the Main Villain of Fix-It Felix who attempts to destroy buildings but is always defeated by his Titular Rival and thrown in the mud. His motivation involves getting a medal to prove he is not a Bad Guy. During his adventures, he becames good friends with Princess Vanellope Von Sweets and eventually saves Sugar Rush from disaster by nearly Sacrificing himself only to be saved by Vanellope.

Crimes: Property Destruction

Felonious Gru (Despicable Me Series)

Reasons: Originally known as one of the greatest Villains of all time, with a motivation of Stealing the Moon. He relies on adopting 3 Orphaned Girls named Margo, Edith, and Agnes to steal the Shrink Ray from Vector but eventually warms up to them later on, becoming a great father to the 3 girls, he temporarily stole the Moon and gave it up to bring it back to orbit so he can save his daughters from the Evil Vector, he marries Lucy in Despicable Me 2 and was a member of the Anti Villain League until Despicable Me 3 where they were both fired because they failed to capture Balthazar Bratt, despite this, Gru still wants to defeat Bratt and get his job back in which he succeeds. He is also a very reasonable boss to the Minions who serve him and work for him.

Crimes: Theft, Grand Larceny, Fraud, Property Destruction, and Gross Negligence

Kronk (The Emperor's New Groove)

Reasons: He is originally Yzma's dull-witted henchman who is ordered by her to Kill Emperor Kuzco which fails and at the end of the movie, Kronk betrays Yzma and saves Kuzco. After this, Kronk is now a good-hearted Camp Counselor and a somewhat helpful instructor.

Crimes: Aiding and Abetting

The Grinch (How the Grinch Stole Christmas)

Reasons: Orphaned as a child, the Grinch was completely miserable and developed a huge hatred to Christmas to the point of where he attempts to steal it so that Christmas never arrives, he successfully stole every item in Who-Ville and attempts to throw them off a mountain until he hears Christmas singing and realizes that Christmas is not about the Gifts and Decorations, it is about family and love and being respectful to others. The Grinch's Heart grew 3x Times bigger and realized his awful deeds and brings back Christmas to Who-Ville where they welcome him over for a feast.

Crimes: Theft, Grand Larceny, and Animal Abuse

Phase 2: Harmless Antagonists!

Nelson Muntz (The Simpsons)

Reasons: A Bully from Springfield Elementary School who picks on innocent kids like Bart, Milhouse, and Ralph. Nelson has an abusive mother and wasn't raised well from an early childhood. He eventually softens up in the later Simpsons series and is good friends with Bart as well as a temporary Love Interest to Lisa.

Crimes: Bullying

Sid Phillips (Toy Story)

Reasons: Tortures toys for his amusement by killing them, mutilating them, and turning them into abominations, until he realizes that the toys are alive and was completely traumatized into no longer tormenting toys anyone. He softens up after Toy Story and has became a garbage man in Toy Story 3. He is only ranked low since he is not really a threat to other people and only torments sentient toys for his amusement.

Crimes: Torture and Mutilation

Kuromi (Hello Kitty and Friends)

Reasons: Originally a Rival of My Melody who then becomes one of Hello Kitty's Friends, she is nowadays friendly and can sometimes be mischievous.

Crimes: Bullying

Groundskeeper Willie (The Simpsons)

Reasons: He is ranked here for his mild temper and killed several children on accident. He is a proud Scotsman who does his job quite well.

Crimes: Accidental Murder and Gross Negligence
