is there martial arts involved? Is there actual shadow boxing, or is it about a "shadowy" martial artist. (shadow boxing is fighting against no one, for training)

Yup I know what Shadow Boxing is. It was a way my Father taught me to train when I was growing up. Also with Shado he's got Ninja type ablities and uses his Shado to also fight. So tons of Martial arts and other styls of fighting as well. So a lot of his own traning will be with other fighters but also fighting with his own shadow and even his inner self.

cool! ive trained in shaolin kungfu, praying mantis, wingchun and tai chi, tho only about a year and a half all together (quite intensive I suppose)
