Hmm, did you use Paint to make it? It's good, but if you want a good (and free) program to use your tablet with, search GIMP on google. GIMP means "General Image Manipulation Program"
It's absolutly FREE and rivals Photshop in quality!! XD It's what I use for my digital art, and lots of others on DA use it too. It has lots of features that enable tablets to, say, stroke a line that varies width and opacity depending on the pressure you apply to the pen. It also has features like path stroking and gradient fills to make drawings and digital paintings look more professional and orderly. I still like my "sketchy" style of lineart though, because it's my own unique artistic touch <3

In all honesty, I prefer GIMP over photoshop. The user-interface is easier to understand and you get just as many features, such as filters, textures, and layers, as photoshop.
Gimp also has REALLY helpful features. Like I mentioned before, you can create different layers, so you can keep your lineart, color, background and lighting effects all seperate from one another to reduce errors (and, unlike paint, you get unlimited UNDOs ). You can also set the opacity of layers or drawing tools, and the airbrush and smudge tools are great for shading and fine detail. Just as good as Photoshop... but FREE!! Lots of other sites and artists on DA give GIMP tutorials, so it's very easy to pick up on
