......it looks rather... disproportioned

i still dunno what i want it to look like (other than the face )

!!IF ANYONE HAS ANY SUGGESTIONS!!
as to what you think i should do with the way the body and legs or whatever should look like, leave a comment please!
i have like no clue if this looks ok, or if i should do something else, or what so please help.
i'm open to your ideas!

also i dunno if this is in the right category

my hand is killing me D':

i just spent forever working on this thing...
[link] is a colored version of the original drawing sorta. the original drawing is on a peace of paper, and thats how big the picture of it that i took is.
i took it into photo-shop then spent like 2 hours or more just now drawing whatever on it. i tried to give him hand/paw like wings (like a fruit bat has) so he can fly and crawl/walk.
then i was messing around with the body and gave him one back leg, that got more detaled than i ment for it to get. i still dunno if thats the direction i wanna go in with this guy, but its better than nothing i suppose

in order to get the space i needed for the wings and stuff, insted of just making the head take up less space on the document (like a normal person) i went
image>resize>canvas size
i made it 125 inches wide and 100 inches tall.
its freeking huge.
i suppose thats what i get for wanting to keep the resolution

i took a screen shot of it then croped out the empty space, thats why its not so big

it started out as me just testing out some new pencil like brushes i got here [link]
it works awesome in case you wanted to know
even though i only have photoshop elements 8, it was just fine
i did hafta press rather hard in my tablet to get it dark-ish though :/
up close it really dose look like pencil
not that you can tell all that much by looking at this though
