I never did get to unlock Team Chaotix in the original Sonic Riders because I got stuck on the Babylon Garden stage in Story Mode. The original Sonic Riders was on PS2, which has been replaced by PS3 and later PS4. I expected to unlock them as playable characters in Zero Gravity, but instead I got Amigo the monkey (speed type), Nights (flight type), and Billy Hatcher the chicken (power type), who are all in different Sega games but not related to the Sonic franchise.

They weren't in the original Sonic Riders. It was just Amigo, Nights, and a pink-haired girl from a singing game that were the last unlockable characters

Silver, Blaze and Metal Sonic, if I'm not mistaken. Vector is avaliable from the start, but he's a member of Team Rose in this game.
