HOLY GAS GOD IN A SWIMMING POOL THIS TOOK LONG.This must be the most effort I've ever put into one of my works, and now it's finally done. Still messing around with Rhaggdrasyls design, also, a bit of background training. The shading was such a pain...
Rhaggdrasyl often releases spores into the air that blooms into flowers around the Soulmist Tree, as payment for all types of birds and insects that takes care of the pests that can roam around.

Upon first glance of this piece, it is absolutely stunning. The energy it gives off has an eerie vibe, while at the same time having an incredible flow. The simplicity of the sky is defined by the intense amount of detail you've put into the tree. Each bend and curve adds to the uniqueness of your style, and the colors are fantastic. The soft, neutral tones of the tree are complimented by the bright glow of the lanterns. Your effect glow is also very well done. The lantern-light reflects off the tree and character very well, though there is still room for improvement. However I am especially fond of the carved dragon head into the tree. That adds such a unique quality to this piece, that really shows the amount of effort you put into it. And now onto Rhaggdrasyl. His pose is very neutral, but that's just perfect for this piece. His structure is well laid out, and the glow is done nicely. However my favorite part about him is the pod on his back. You've done a phenomenal job on the spores, and they are what really help make this piece POP! Excellent job!

I love the detail on the bark of the tree, it's somewhere between wild and chaotic, and elegant and seemingly cosmic or magical! Awesome picture!
