You can use Photoshop Drawings for animations

I don't know if its just my PC, but the animation could be a little faster. I'd also suggest a tiny, small play button because a loop MAY not work here, although this is a VERY beautiful scene.
Also, maybe open up her mouth just a wee bit if you can, no pressure if you can't, so its looks likes drinking and not just dunking her mouth into the pool.
The fireflies, I don't have a problem with. Also, try working with the water to make it move as it would add to the animations already going on.
All in all, I say this is a really well created and hard piece of work you have made and good luck making more in the future.

I cannot include a playbutton because it's a simple gif animation TT_TT I don't have any flash program and I don't know how to work with them. It's also the reason why the colours are pretty messed up TT_TT
It's also a reason why the animation may seem a bit slow to you. From earlier gif animations I've made the experience that different PCs show the gif speed differently. It worked for my PC quite well, but it's not really possible to get it right for all PCs ._.
