I tried out some tips from *S-Nova However I ended up changing halfway through and didn't follow the tips at all. I wanted to practise coloring in MS Paint. Yes people, this was done entirely in MS Paint. Not easy I can tell you that. I think I'll stick to coloring on photoshop thank you very much. But at least its cute. Also, I don't own the lineart, just the coloring and the background. Okey?Did a basic Eevee so I would focus on coloring and not design ect.
Something's been going wrong with my submissions all the sudden, so if this isn't what I said it was I apologize.

There is no set color for paw pads. I liked red because it was more vibrant.
