And here's part 2 gift art for ! featuring my character Rebecca and her character Sam facing off what appears to be Hatred, Sam isn't that small he's just further behind Rebecca.

While Shadow is in what i call "The City of lights" fighting with Spike to save his friend Ray from the Darkness, Rebecca followed a strong aura of hatred in the place i call "The forest of memories" she followed the aura near a house she heard a scream and saw a blond boy surrounded by the dark creatures.

She fought them off with her staff under strict orders not to use magic in this world but defeated them without any trouble.

The blond boy introduced himself as Sam, he asked what those things where, she explained the best she could, before she could finished she sensed the dark aura retreating into the forest.

"I'm sorry Sam but I have to go, stay inside until it's safe." Rebecca yelled as she ran towards the forest.

"Wait!" he shouted, but she kept going, disappearing into the forest.

Sam lowered his gaze, she saved his life from those monsters, he saw how easily she destroyed those things.

He looked over next to his porch and saw a baseball and his wooden slugger leaning against the stairs.

He looked back at wear she left with a look of determination.

Rebecca raced threw the forest path, slaying more darkness along the way, she felt the energy become stronger as she closed in what looked like a clearing from a distance, she halted feeling something behind her, a wall climber pounced from behind her screeching.

She gasped trying to block the attack, she heard what sounded like a large thud and a cry from the creature, she lowered her staff to see Sam clutching a wooden bat with the creature fading into darkness.

"Sam?"

He smiled, "Hey, you okay?"

Rebecca nodded then looked serious, "Sam, I appreciate you saving me but you need to go home, it's too dangerous here."

Sam shook his head, "No, you saved my life, and these guys are pretty weak, besides i was told never leave a lady to walk threw the woods alone."

Rebecca frowned, "I really appreciate it, but please just hea-"

"Look out!" Sam shouted, he shoved Rebecca to the side and swung at another fear, when it vanished he saw a few more come out from behind the tree's surrounding them.

Rebecca had her staff at the ready, seeing no way for Sam to escape, "Sam..."

"I'll be okay, don't worry we can take these guys." he tightened his grip on his weapon.

She sighed seeing she had no choice, 'I'm sure he'll be fine I just have to keep an eye on him.' she thought.

After defeating the last one of the fears as it fades away, the two lowered there weapons, Rebecca smiled at Sam, "Your not bad Sam, Thanks for helping."

Sam chuckled, "Was nothing, glad I could help, what are you looking for anyway?" he asked.

Rebecca pointed towards the clearing up ahead, "Whatever is attracting these things is up ahead, if I can take it out they should disappear from this place."

Sam slung his bat over his shoulder, "Then I guess we better go then."

Rebecca shook her head, "Sam, I'm sorry I know you want to help but whatever is up ahead is way to dangerous for you, please understand I don't want to see you hurt."

Sam was about to say something back but a dark wall appeared behind them startling him."

Rebecca turned her head, quickly and muttered a curse, "Damnit."

"What was that?" Sam asked.

She growled, "A barrier, i felt it surround this area." she tighten her grip on her staff and started walking towards the clearing, "Stay here, I'll be right back."

Sam frowned, he followed her from a distance without being spotted.

Rebecca walked into the clearing sensing the Aura become even stronger, there was a swirling mass of red darkness.

She shuddered, 'What a terrible aura.' she readied her staff when she heard a twig snap behind her.

Rebecca turned her head seeing a surprised Sam, "Sam? I told you to stay back at the clearing!" she scolded.

Sam ignored her and looked at the swirling red mass, "What is that?" he asked.

The swirling mass chuckled darkly as two white eyes appeared before it.

They both gasped as the barrier closed around the clearing trapping them both.

'Saaaaaaaammmmm.' the mass whispered as it took shape to a black haired boy that Sam knew all to well.

He gaped at the changing form, he gasped in horror, "S-Spike?"

Rebecca raised her staff shielding Sam, "Whatever this is, is not your friend, do not be deceived."

The dark creature chuckled, "There's no escape." the dark red aura surrounding him was turning the grass blood red.

"Keep your distance Sam, this is something you can not hit with a normal bat."

Sam looked at her with concern and fear.

Rebecca turned her head and smiled, "Don't worry I'll be fine, I've dealt with worse."

She glared at the dark chuckling creature, Her eyes glowed blue, "You will not harm him, not while I live!" she charged at the demon with it's claws at the ready.

Kinda rushed and a little choppy but I was bored and didn't put much effort into it, but hope it entertained you either way ^^
