Description FINALLY!!!! this was something that was supposed to be done a month ago D; But it's done now!! The Espeon I promised to draw

Whew!! It took me a day to finish this. I started on it yesterday and finished it up this morning. and thank you to for the quick Espeon reference she sketched for me. YOUR THE BEST NICOLE XD

I hope you all enjoy this though I've gotta get back to work om my next pic though ... right after I answer those 7,000 plus messages DX

And the move it's using is morning sun.. I think

Very eye catching colour scheme!
Let me see if I've guessed this right: you put an outer glow over another outer glow around the espion to achieve that effect, right?
