So I decided to try a slightly different drawing technique (I put the lineart on top instead of re-lining the whole thing). It's less clean but a lot easier.As to who I drew, I dunno who she is. I think I would have put her in a skirt but I didn't want to figure out the folds in the fabric. Um, obviously I didn't use a reference so the proportions are probably way off (as well as perspective; she has another hand I swear!). I think she's getting ready to jump off of something or something...I dunno.
PS: Laura just reminded me to say this! It's International Talk Like a Pirate Day! (no lie). So, talk like a pirate at least once or you'll be keelhauled!

Truly love this one ! Do you have her phone number ? Lol. Seriously, it's simple but it do not needs anything else. I particularly love the face expression, it reminds me all of these disney movies I'm fond of (Treasure planete, Atlantide, etc...). Very good job !

I really like this, has a kinda Disney feel to it, especially the face.
in terms of the hand, since I can't see it, I imagine she is sitting or stretching or something. Now if I could see it, then maybe she might be jumping off a banister or something.
but who cares right? I like it, especially her shirt and hair.

All you do is make a copy of your lineart background and turn that layer to "Multiply"! Whoo! Exciting...!...sorta, not. :]
