w00t I colored it! It took me 2 days to draw and color. But hey, it turned out good. ^^ I still need to practice more with Photoshop though. The could looks weird, lol. And I was also too lazy with the shading, but that was pretty hard to do!ANYWAY, the weird little strings with little bells are "Emotion Strings". XD Stupid name, I know. But she's strangled in them and she can't seem to get them off! I like the way they turned out, I should draw those things more often!

thanks! Uhmm I made a white circle, added some gray-ish dots and used the smudge tool (with a star-ish brush). Later I softened the edges with the blur tool :3
