Description
C = CollabTo be honest, I had this ready for uploading for a long time. Since... April 10th. Things just haven't been good, and having a nonsensical reply from the one who requested the sketch [Link] from *Barn-flakes didn't help much in the matter.
In any case, I indeed ask the both of them and got the okay to ink and color the image.
Only when asked by *Barn-flakes and/or ~halguuddude will I remove this piece of artwork from the gallery.
And also, here are the other colors that Celis might have if she had one of the 16 plates attached.
Dragon
Dark
Ground
Fighting
Fire
Ice
Bug
Steel
Grass
Psychic
Flying
Water
Ghost

to me she looks like a mix of Arceus and Aqua (BBS)

That's because her owner asked *Barn-flakes *the one who draw the original sketch, which is linked in the artist's comments* to draw her wearing Aqua's clothing, which he simplified.

Oh shoot. I totally forgot about this. I was meant to recommend which colour you should upload and what I like about it. I'm really sorry man.
erg, nonsensical replies, the worst kind.
As for critique, you may want to experiment with softer thinner lines. It looks good but the extreme threshold of the lineart is throwing me off a little (you can see a good example of what I mean around her calf socks).
Of course, if you're using something like MS paint, or your just trying to make a statement, that can be forgiven.

It's alright.
And yeah. :/
Experiment with softer, thinner lines. Okay, I'll do that.
And I used Paint Shop Pro 7 (with a mouse, no tablet) to ink and color the image in.
Thanks for the comment and critique. It's very appreciated.

How DO you ink those lines out of interest? I can't get a threshold like that unless I use the threshold feature. I use a mouse too, if you're interested. Usually the "pen" tool.
Thanks again for the colouring mate. I appreciate it.

I do it by my own hand, making a new layer or so for 'em. I also fiddle with the brush size to make sure the lines aren't too big or small.
And no problem. I rather enjoyed working on it.
