Sim city 4 love this game soo damn much.Welcome to Arcadia port city and home to the Simnation Military. Over 218,400 people reside in this place and 90% are that of Navy personnel. Tough in general the civilian population has never approved of this placement and this city has been the issue of many controversies towards the Mayor.
This is just my 4th largest city. If there are any intrests i could post up the other cities if you want to see them
. But lets just wait and see. This is what i've been doing other than drawing, lol. As you can see.Well its 4 in the morning and i need my sleep now. I'll submit the next work tomorrow. Night all.

If you're ever around simtropolis, you can go and chek out the various city journals for the many varies cities there are built.
With the modding done, its a new level of gameplay for all.
My city journal is the Diesmaran Empire, currently in hiatus.

nah i just played it for a month. Tough i got alot of buildings from the lot exchange at Simtropolis (huge SC4 fansite)
Admittedly this city has the lowest mayor rating of all time despite it being one of the safest and healthies, not to mention well educated cities you would think they would be happy. But noo just because of a little military presence they complain like there is no tomorrow. Riots are also a daily occurance in this city.
This city is however in its magnificence cannot compare to my largest city (1.6 million sims)
