I looked this up, and watched very closely. I’ll need a screenshot of this because it didn’t look like she did open them at all.

I've seen this one already (in fact I took that photo and that's my screencap account) 

That's the scene from Chapter 6 wounds, which is the scene where she clearly opens her eyes. 
I've also seen it in the end game cutscene. 

I meant that I watched the scene where you first meet her to see when she opens her eyes, and she never did, so if there was a screenshot of that moment, otherwise I've only seen it twice.
