it is said that there's codes in the SWR files
to get the others like kaguya and mokou
you just have to get a professional to tweak some of the codes to unlock the others
more possiblity is that including th7, 8 ,9 and 10 characters are on the codes
but only a few have been chosen to be playable

I heard that mokou and kaguya were taken out because ZUN said that the two were extremely difficult enemies for the game. Also Nitori and and others were going to be in the game but were kicked out as well

...I have conflicting feelings towards ZUN. I love him for making touhou but I hate hm for all the stupid crap he does. 1st he cut Momiji Kaguya Mokou and Keine out of SWR and he refuses to let touhou become more popular by doing something else with it (Make an anime or something) thus the figures are so dang expensive + the fact that they're japanese, making them even more expensive DX 0.o wow I wrote a long comment...

You're such a bad touhou fan.
He took some characters out of SWR because he DIDN'T HAD TIME TO ADD THEM. Also, Mokou and Kaguya would unbalance the game with their power, since they are too strong.
Nobody wants an anime of touhou, that would attract million of weaboos to the fan-base. I think we are okay with the unoficcial OVAs and PVs. Some of them are as good as a normal anime. Have you seen Touhou Kinema Kan PV's or the Maikaze OVA? They are not official but are good enough and awesome. And the normal PVs are also very amazing if you are a REAL touhou fan.
All the nendoroids and figmas of anime are always expensive, you can't expect a Good Smile figma to be cheap. It don't matter what anime the figma is, they will always be expensive. I'd love to buy them at whatever price they have, but unfortunately I don't have money (I'm 13, if you want to know).
Before writing comments like the one you did, please be sure to be a TRUE touhou fan.

i wish the would make a IN fighting game last boss kaguya or mokou, ;~; i'd of rather have them then the other girls, cirno=kaguya china=mokou, ushio(i think thats her name.)=momiji sanae=erin. perhaps replace iku with keine?
