I could imaging a relationship between a ghost and non-ghost to be quite tragic, since no matter what, the ghost is going to outlive it's partner. But I don't think the attraction would be impossible, but it would be risky.

Well, Sirena Von Boo is the daughter of a ghost and mermaid, but mermaids are long-lived anyway.
I guess I need to read her journal and figure that one out!
