Description Been wanting to make something like this for quite a while now. This is a nearly identical typical Lens Flare render found in CS versions of Photoshop. Contrary to what you may think, I did not rip them from the render. I actually made all the parts from scratch in Photoshop. The animation here shows how it should look if animated properly. The blue line was used as a reference to get it correct. Honestly, if you have no idea how Lens Flares work or your computer is somewhat on the crappy side, I wouldn't recommend using this effect.

Lens Flare: By Shadow624. Please give credit if you use it.

As I did with my other effects, here's a link to a download. The download comes with the FLA. file of this animation for referencing, all the parts in separate PNG.s, a PNG. of the thumbnail used for the deviation, and a PSD. file of the the PNG. with all the all the parts separated into layers. Enjoy.
