Happy Mermay everyone! This took me a little while to get to but I managed to complete this piece. Huge thanks to Mellow-Clouds for helping out with the lineart you are amazing and I hope things improve for you!
My underwater effects have always been a bit inconsistent, every time I make an underwater piece I mess around with effects and lighting trying to experiment and see what I like.
Either way, I am quite happy with how this turned out and I hope you all like it too <3
